Acceptance Solutions offers a comprehensive payment management platform for ecommerce merchants, combining global payment processing, fraud management, and payment security services that empower our clients in over 190 countries. The world's largest online merchants leverage our payment solutions to innovate, optimize, and grow their businesses.
The Regional Head of Sales Engineering Delivery - Europe, reporting to the Vice President, Global Sales Engineering Delivery, will support the European Sales function of Acceptance Solutions within Value Added Services. The role involves designing and executing the regional European sales GTM & strategy to expand the business, focusing on new client acquisition and growth of existing clients. You will lead a regional team of professionals with revenue responsibility, driving a new approach to client engagement and structuring Sales Engineering delivery, enablement, and engagement strategies. The role emphasizes high performance, seamless deal execution, technical due diligence, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth and client retention. Additionally, you will develop partnerships within Acceptance Solutions & Visa, ensuring cohesive client coverage and strategic alignment across regions.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 12+ with an advanced degree, including 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in sales, marketing, product, technology, and customer service.
• Strong leadership and influence skills, with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven success in solving business challenges through technology solutions.
• Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
