We’re looking for a Head of Sales to drive new listings in grocery, champion premium products, and lead the commercial charge for a fast-growing heritage brand. With a proud legacy and a modern, innovative approach, this business is on a mission to redefine quality in its category. You’ll own the grocery sales strategy, open new doors, and be a key player in the brand’s next growth chapter.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  1. Leading grocery expansion: Developing and executing a strategy to drive new listings and grow distribution across grocery and specialist retail channels.
  2. Winning new business: Identifying and securing new opportunities with major grocery retailers and key accounts, while keeping an eye on emerging channels.
  3. Managing retailer relationships: Building long-term, collaborative partnerships with grocery buyers and ensuring consistent, successful delivery.
  4. Pitching and presenting: Creating compelling sales presentations and leading negotiations to secure new listings and increase on-shelf presence.
  5. Forecasting and planning: Working closely with the leadership team to deliver accurate forecasts and align with operational teams for smooth product rollouts.
  6. Launching new products: Partnering with NPD to bring innovative products to market and drive successful category growth.
  7. Reporting and insights: Collaborating with the finance team to deliver commercial reporting, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
  1. An experienced grocery sales leader with 5+ years in FMCG—ideally with a background in working with premium or heritage products.
  2. A proven new business winner who thrives on securing listings and growing brand presence in major grocery channels.
  3. Skilled in building and delivering commercial strategies that drive new listings, expand distribution, and deliver sustainable growth.
  4. Relationship-focused and entrepreneurial—you know how to engage buyers and work collaboratively across teams.
  5. Experienced in working with S&OP processes and collaborating with NPD, finance, and operations teams.
  6. Passionate about quality products and excited to represent a brand with a strong legacy and ambitious future.
