Hegarty LLP in Peterborough is recruiting a Head of Residential Property to lead the firm's busy residential conveyancing team. This full-time, senior role requires proven experience in residential conveyancing within an SRA-regulated firm and involves strategic oversight of the department without carrying a personal caseload.

You will manage resources, mentor junior colleagues, and work with the firm’s offices to coordinate travel for inter-office support.

• Impeccable communication skills, able to build excellent working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Wealth of conveyancing knowledge.
