Your challenge is to drive void performance down by tightening processes, strengthening compliance and bringing people together behind a shared purpose.

You’ll lead a team of 40+ skilled colleagues across responsive repairs, voids, admin and compliance, driving consistency, care and accountability across 1,200 bed spaces across South Yorkshire.

About you

You’ll bring:
