Lampton Services is seeking a Head of Recycle at Southall Depot to provide strategic and operational leadership for Lampton Recycle 360. The role oversees a large workforce and a £17m service portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery of waste and recycling services for LBH and other clients.

Hybrid working is available, with a standard Mon–Fri 9am–5pm schedule (flexible hours). The post offers senior leadership responsibilities, opportunities for CPD, and a focus on safety,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, complex operational teams

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Lampton Recycle 360, directing a multi-disciplinary workforce and ensuring safe, compliant and commercially sustainable service delivery.
• Oversee a c.£17m service portfolio, driving performance, efficiencies and customer outcomes within budgetary constraints.
• Lead contract management with the London Borough of Hounslow and other clients, ensuring governance and value-for-money.
• Promote health, safety and wellbeing across operations, maintaining high safety standards and compliance with legislation.
• Shape and deliver long-term business plans, transformation programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
