Job summary

SR2 REC LTD is seeking a Head of Records Management to lead a major digital records remediation programme in Greater London. You will own strategy, drive delivery, and provide direction to an existing team of records and information professionals.

The role requires senior leadership credibility with directors and executives, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to steer complex remediation initiatives through delivery while managing risk and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

  • Significant senior-level experience leading records management, digital records remediation, information management or large-scale records transformation programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and directing teams, rather than operating solely as a technical SME.
  • Strong records and information management expertise, including retention, disposal, remediation and governance.
  • Experience taking ownership of complex programmes or workstreams and driving them through to delivery.
  • Credibility working with Director, SRO or executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk and regulatory requirements surrounding corporate records.

  • Establish sustainable governance and controls to prevent future records backlogs.
