Are you a confident and friendly individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Head of Reception to join our client's team in the beautiful Kent countryside!

Position: Head of Reception
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: £competitive + annual bonus
Working Pattern: Full Time Office Based

What You'll Do:

As the Head of Reception, you'll play a crucial role in shaping first impressions both in person and over the telephone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the reception team to provide a professional service
  • Ensuring seamless communication across departments
  • Overseeing daily operations and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Handling inquiries and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
  • Preparing meeting packs and client reports
  • Implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Ensuring all offices have sufficient stationery and supplies
What We're Looking For:

- Experience in a reception or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and the ability to think on your feet

A driver with own vehicle is essential due to location.
