Job summary

PER is seeking a senior portfolio analytics professional to join a diverse real estate portfolio team in the UK. You will provide commercially focused insights into portfolio performance, value creation and investment returns, working with senior leadership, institutional investors and asset management teams.

This hands-on role involves leading portfolio analytics, investor reporting, financial modelling and shaping the function as it grows, with opportunities to build and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio analytics: Analyse portfolio performance and monitor key metrics, including occupancy, revenue, costs and EBITDA
• Investor reporting: Lead monthly and quarterly investor reporting, providing clear performance insights and addressing investor requirements
• Asset management: Work closely with operational and asset management teams, visiting assets to identify performance trends, risks and opportunities
• Financial modelling and Valuation: Maintain financial models and analyse cash flows, valuations and investment returns
• Commercial insight: Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and investors
• Strategic projects: Support acquisitions, disposals and other strategic initiatives through financial and commercial analysis
• Stakeholder management: Connect finance, operations, asset management and investors, ensuring accurate, timely and commercially relevant information
• Function development: Enhance reporting and analytical processes, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function grows
