Job summary

NSFT is seeking a registered professional with a passion for quality and continuous improvement to contribute across the Trust. The role involves leading quality assurance, clinical leadership, and collaboration with external stakeholders.

You will plan, coordinate and deliver a broad range of quality assurance activities, use data to drive improvements, and provide expert guidance across departments. The Trust values ongoing training and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver a broad range of quality assurance activities.
  • Use data and insight to provide assurance on service quality and identify improvement priorities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance health outcomes, patient safety, and overall experience.
  • Provide expert guidance and support across all departments within the Trust.
  • Ensure the Trust can demonstrate high standards of care and provide assurance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and review the quality of services across the Trust.
  • Intervene where necessary to protect patient care and safety.

This is a unique and rewarding role that operates across the entire Trust, with key responsibilities including:

  • Performance standards and management
  • Policy development
  • Quality reporting
  • Clinical leadership
  • Collaboration with external stakeholders

Please note: This role is a 18.75 hour job share.
