A strong working knowledge of quality frameworks, external quality requirements, and good practice across the sector is essential.

You will be an accomplished leader with experience of managing teams, driving service improvement, and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills are required, together with the ability to build productive relationships across a diverse range of academic and professional communities.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a collaborative and pragmatic approach, demonstrating sound judgement, attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and forward-thinking professional to shape quality and standards activity at institutional level and contribute to the University’s strategic ambitions.
