Job summary

tlg talent is seeking an experienced Quality leader to own quality strategy, systems and continuous improvement in a technology-led manufacturing environment. The role covers ISO 9001 compliance and cross-functional QA across manufacturing, R&D, laboratories, supply chain and external partners.

You will oversee supplier quality, materials, process controls and product release, and support NPI, validation and scale-up. A hands-on, strategic leader with deep technical understanding is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior quality leadership experience in chemical processing or related manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 14001 preferred) and quality systems implementation.
• Experience across supplier, laboratory, process and manufacturing quality.
• Technical understanding of materials, batch processing, testing, validation and release.
• Knowledge of SPC, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on, commercially aware leader who can think strategically yet manage details.

• Degree-qualified in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A hands-on, commercially aware leader who can operate strategically while remaining close to the detail.
