An education and training provider is seeking a Head of Quality to shape the quality of education. In this remote role, you will lead a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement, and ensure Ofsted readiness. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, a Level 5 Teaching qualification, and substantial experience in quality assurance in apprenticeship settings. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00

This senior, influential role for a passionate quality leader who thrives on making a difference. As Head of Quality, you will shape the quality of education across Babington’s provision, lead a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement and ensure Babington is Ofsted-ready at all times.
