The Head of Public Affairs is a new role designed to support the planning and delivery of the Membership Association's outreach to stakeholders of the quality profession and promote the social and commercial value of good quality management. This role is key to delivering our mission and strategy by developing relationships with allied quality bodies, industry bodies, and allied professions, and influencing quality elements of industrial and public policy. The role emphasizes the importance of operational governance, assurance, and improvement for organisations, sectors, and the economy.
