Job summary

Technimove, a leader in Data Centre Transformations, is seeking a Head of Projects to shape the Projects and Programme team. You will lead project managers and coordinators, define best practices, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for global clients.

Based at Croydon HQ with hybrid work, you will manage multiple concurrent projects, report metrics, and maintain strong client relationships while driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Project Management team in IT services.
• Prince2 qualification is essential.
• Proven track record delivering technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of data centers, networking, storage, and infrastructure.
• Experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to build cross‑functional relationships.
• Strategic/operational leadership experience in an SME.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Projects and Program team.
• Define and roll out best practices and playbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes.
• Hands-on management and delivery of key customer projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction within cost/time/scope/quality.
• Provide monthly pipeline/utilisation data for decisions.
• Proactively manage customer relationships and reporting.
• Establish clear communication channels across the organisation.
