Technimove is seeking a Head of Projects to lead our Projects and Program team within IT Professional Services. You will shape workflows, drive best practices, and oversee multiple customer projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and security compliance.

The role demands strategic, operational leadership in a growing SME and a proven track record in technical project delivery for data centre environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Project Management team in IT Services.
• Prince2 certification is essential.
• Proven delivery of technical projects in data centre environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Projects and Program team.
• Define and rollout best practices and Playbooks for service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and practices.
• Hands on management and delivery of key customer projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction within budget, time, scope and quality.
• Provide monthly pipeline, utilization data and client reporting.
