Head of Projects & New Business up to ££50,000 basic OTE £70,000+

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Projects & New Business to lead our specialist equipment sales and supply division.

About the Role

This role combines leadership, sales, project management, and consultancy. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the sales process and delivery of specialist equipment projects-from concept through to installation
  • Winning new business and converting opportunities into signed orders with complete fulfilment oversight
  • Working closely with our CEO, MD, and senior leadership team to deliver best-in-class client outcomes in fitness and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Drive business development via prospecting and lead nurturing
  • Manage and grow a strong pipeline and reporting through Pipedrive CRM
  • Support brand growth through social media and marketing activity.

Consultancy Projects

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead project discussions and presentations, both written and verbal
  • Manage project timelines, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on project strategy and delivery
  • Prepare CAD gym layouts and supplier quotes
  • Maintain documentation and version control throughout
  • Process orders and manage invoicing through our internal systems.

Logistics & Delivery

  • Oversee the wider team to deliver specialist gym equipment installs, including site visits
  • Coordinate with suppliers, ensuring full technical and logistical alignment
  • Accountability for comprehensive after-sales support and documentation.

General

  • Lead and develop a team of two people
  • Recruit new team members when required
  • Support the leadership team and board with any reasonable additional tasks.

About You

  • Proven sales experience (desirable in fitness, wellness or property sectors)
  • Confident deal closer with strong stakeholder skills
  • Ambitious, organised, and ready to grow something big
  • Confident, credible, and solution-oriented-especially in front of clients, developers, and project partners
  • A strategic thinker with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple complex projects
  • Passion for fitness, wellness and design-led environments
  • CAD skills in gym equipment layouts.

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary of £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
  • OTE £60-70k (commission is uncapped so there is no upper threshold to your earning potential)
  • Start Date: July
  • Preferred location: London area
