Job Description:

Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals, including statisticians, programmers, data managers, and technologists across Europe, India, and North America.

This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets. You will drive growth, maintain client relationships, and oversee project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements include a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field, and 12+ years of leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or life sciences consulting.

Key responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership: Full ownership of profit and loss statements, revenue management, and profitability strategies.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business development, market understanding, team leadership, and operational strategies for scalable project delivery.
• Client and Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth; serve as an executive sponsor as needed.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee project staffing, manage project margins and timelines, and collaborate with service line leads to refine offerings.
• Talent Development: Promote a culture of excellence, oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
