Job Description:

Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals across Europe, India, and North America. This role focuses on delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets. You will drive growth, maintain client relationships, and oversee project delivery in line with organizational goals.

Requirements include a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields, along with 12+ years of leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related consulting organizations.

Key responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership: Full ownership of profit and loss, developing strategies to meet financial targets.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business development, understand client needs, develop go-to-market strategies, lead cross-regional teams, and define operational strategies.
• Client and Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, serving as an executive sponsor when needed.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee project staffing, manage projects against margins and timelines, implement best practices, collaborate with service line leads, and ensure compliance.
• Talent Development: Foster a culture of excellence and growth, oversee recruitment and retention strategies.
