Job Description:

Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals across Europe, India, and North America, including statisticians, programmers, data managers, and technologists.

This strategic leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets. The role involves driving growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals.

Candidates should have strong leadership and people management skills, a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields, and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related life sciences consulting.

Key responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership: Full ownership of profit and loss, developing strategies to meet financial targets.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business development, market understanding, client needs assessment, and lead diverse teams across regions.
• Client and Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, serving as an executive sponsor when needed.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee project staffing, manage margins and timelines, implement project management practices, and collaborate with service line leads.
• Talent Development: Foster a culture of excellence, oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant fields.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related consulting.
• Experience with P&L management and managing global teams.
