Job Description:

Veramed is looking for a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals, including statisticians, programmers, data managers, and technologists across Europe, India, and North America.

This strategic leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring optimal project delivery in line with organizational goals.

Strong leadership and people management capabilities are essential. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related life sciences consulting organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

• P&L Ownership: Full ownership of profit and loss statements, revenue management, and ensuring sustained profitability. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business development and account management efforts to win project-based work. Understand client needs, recommend new services, develop go-to-market strategies, and lead diverse, cross-regional teams. Define operational strategies for scalable project delivery.
• Client and Account Management: Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Establish strong relationships with key clients and serve as an executive sponsor when needed. Ensure high-quality delivery, compliance, and satisfaction.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee project staffing, manage projects against margins and timelines, forecast portfolio profitability, and implement best practices. Collaborate with Service Line Leads to refine offerings and develop innovative solutions.
• Talent Development: Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth. Manage recruitment, retention, and succession planning strategies.

**Education:** Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.

**Experience:** 12+ years in leadership within biostatistics, clinical research, or related consulting, with proven P&L management and global team experience.
