Job Description:

Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals, including statisticians, programmers, data managers, and technologists across Europe, India, and North America.

This strategic leadership role involves delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets. The role is pivotal in driving growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and people management skills, a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related life sciences consulting organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

• P&L Ownership: Managing profit and loss statements, revenue, and profitability.
• Strategic Leadership: Driving business development, market understanding, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Client and Account Management: Ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Overseeing project staffing, timelines, budgets, and collaborating with service line leads.
