Job Description:

Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals across Europe, India, and North America. This role focuses on delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related life sciences consulting organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership: Full ownership of profit and loss, developing strategies to meet financial targets.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive business development, market understanding, and lead cross-functional teams across regions.
• Client and Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, serving as an executive sponsor when needed.
• Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee project staffing, manage project timelines and budgets, and collaborate with service line leads to refine offerings.
• Talent Development: Promote a culture of excellence, oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in relevant fields and extensive experience managing global teams and P&L. Skills required encompass leadership, communication, and project management expertise.
