Ernest Gordon Recruitment is partnering with a specialist HVAC and M&E contractor in Manchester to appoint a Head of Project Management. You will oversee a team of project managers, ensure projects meet client specifications, and manage tenders, planning, and cost control.

The role requires a strong HVAC/Mechanical background, leadership experience, and a full UK driving licence, with travel to site up to 5 days a week and a clear progression path to Director level.

Are you a Head of Project Management or similar looking to join a join a specialist HVAC and mechanical building services contractor, where you will be the go-to person, overseeing a team of Project managers working with contracts such as the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team?

This company is a specialist HVAC and mechanical building services contractor, who work for a number of world leading organizations such as the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team, high security government buildings, and a range of grade 3 listed buildings across the UK.

In this role you will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring all work meets client requirements, contractual obligations and design specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing tenders and quotations, planning project schedules, coordinating labor and materials, monitoring costs and profit margins, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. You will also ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.

This role would suit a Head of Project management or similar who is looking to join a specialist HVAC and mechanical building services contractor, where you will be the go-to person for all projects, overseeing a team of project managers across a range of state-of-the-art M&E projects?
