Malmesbury & Lincoln | Manufacturing & ERP Transformation

A leading UK-based agricultural and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting in approx. 8–10 weeks. This is a pivotal role overseeing a newly formed transformation team and delivering several high-impact initiatives across operations, finance, and systems integration.

What You’ll Do

• A seasoned transformation or operations leader with strong manufacturing experience
• Technically confident – able to understand, translate, and deliver complex ERP implementations
• A natural "player-coach" – hands-on, adaptable, and people-focused
• Experienced in managing multiple concurrent initiatives in dynamic environments
• Able to commit to a full-time, on-site role, split between Malmesbury and Lincoln
