Job summary

Act on Energy Ltd. is seeking a Head of Programmes & Partnerships to lead the organisation's programme portfolio, including household support services and energy efficiency initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will manage Project Managers and Senior Project Officers, ensuring delivery against budgets, timescales and outcomes. You will drive strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, while maintaining governance, quality assurance and risk management

Qualifications

• Significant experience of senior programme, project or operational management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and quality assurance.
• Experience with funding, tenders or grant applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers and Senior Project Officers to deliver programmes.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets and delivery milestones.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and governance.
• Build and maintain partnerships with funders and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and service innovation.
• Provide strategic oversight of programme performance and risks.
