Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Senior Programme Officer to support a major London-wide initiative focused on improving energy efficiency of homes, reducing fuel poverty, and helping residents benefit from lower energy bills. Based in Cannon Street, London, with hybrid working and an immediate start for a 4-month FTC with strong potential to go permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in the public sector, housing, sustainability, environment, energy efficiency or built environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience producing reports, presentations and briefing papers.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key liaison point for local authority partners and delivery stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across multiple organisations.
• Coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Supporting the delivery of programme objectives within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Managing communications and engagement materials across various channels.
• Monitoring project progress and helping resolve delivery challenges.
• Producing reports, presentations and briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Responding to enquiries and ensuring a positive experience for residents and partners throughout the project journey.
