An established industry player is seeking a dedicated professional to support the implementation of its Enterprise Continuity programme. This role involves overseeing the Business Continuity programme globally, ensuring effective delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. Purpose of Role
Support the delivery of end-to-end implementation of State Street’s Enterprise Continuity programme in line with global standards, helping the company prepare to resist, absorb, and recover from disruption. The position reports to the Global Head of Resiliency Continuity.
Support the delivery of the end-to-end implementation of the State Street Bank International GmbH Operational Resilience programme in line with global policy and standards, while considering regulatory specifics in each branch of SSBI. The position reports locally to the Chief Administration Officer.
Provide end-to-end oversight of processes, ensuring desired outcomes from design through to delivery to achieve robust and repeatable resilience solutions that align with Resiliency by Design principles and support stakeholders within Business, Technology, and Risk.
The successful candidate will contribute across all aspects of the Enterprise Resiliency framework, including development of Standards, enhancement projects, and support for Business Continuity Directors and Advisors in the execution of their responsibilities.
This role will contribute to the execution of State Street’s operational goals and plans by working in partnership with divisional/group management and/or external organizations.
