Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part Time 21 hours per week (3-5 days a week)
Salary: £60,920 starting salary p/a FTE, plus excellent benefits package
Location: London, Farringdon, Hybrid working available
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Professional Development who will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Institution’s Code of Conduct, ensuring that members abide by the Code and developing a culture of ethical behaviour throughout the organisation.
This role will manage the Professional Conduct Department and will be the lead on matters relating to the Institution’s professional conduct activities. The role is responsible for ensuring that members adhere to the established ethical standards and professional guidelines and will manage our most complex conduct cases. The Professional Conduct Manager will report into this role who in turn will manage a Professional Conduct Coordinator.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:
Experience working in a membership organisation or/and understanding of the Engineering or Built Environment professions would be advantageous.
