We are looking for a new We are looking for a new Head of Production based in London, UK to lead Production Team of 11 in producing brand content with the mission of building brands with people at heart

We would love you to:

  • Lead Production and Post-production Team of 12 people by recruiting, developing and rewarding talent
  • Inspire and empower the team to produce best in class content that delivers on business objectives
  • Collaborate with Creative, Media, Strategy and Operations to deliver full funnel creative solutions
  • Build partnership with the brand teams to optimize the production process and deliver the highest quality of content

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in production, preferably across different channels
  • Experience in leading a team and bringing the best out of the people by setting clear expectations, giving actionable feedback, empowering them to meet development goals, and recognizing success
  • Experience in working cross-functionally, with the ability to build strong relationships across the wider global agency network to unlock resource and cost efficiencies.
  • A solid understanding of emerging technology and the potential of AI to develop effective, efficient solutions that enhance creative output and streamline workflows.
  • Agile: you assess impact of change efficiently, respond with urgency, and pivot as needed
  • Collaborative: you build productive relationships internally and externally, and model effective collaboration to achieve shared goals
  • Excellence: you hold yourself and your team to high standards, and operate with discipline to deliver excellent results
  • Resilient: you show determination during challenges and lead teams to achieve goals even in the face of obstacles and setbacks
  • Solves Problems: you design, implement, and/or scale proven solutions that are simple and based on well-rounded analysis
