The Role

As Production Lead, you may be a Senior Production Manager, you'll be at the helm of the most ambitious projects, overseeing the entire production journey from initial concept to flawless execution. Collaborating closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and freelancers, you'll ensure each event meets our high standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. Beyond project delivery, you'll work alongside the Head of Production to drive departmental improvements, mentor team members, and manage supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production processes for a variety of live brand experience projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and optimise workflows.
• Provide expert guidance on event production to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate to optimise costs and quality.
• Ensure all projects comply with health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Address project challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance production capabilities.
