Hybrid: 3 days in office - Flagship conferences at £3-5m scale, audiences in the thousands, and a portfolio spanning premium blue-chip clients across the UK and Europe. An Executive Events Producer role in a hands‑on, collaborative delivery team where the brief is always serious and the variety is built in.

Projects span large-scale conferences, exhibitions and internal comms events across the UK and Europe, for a roster of global blue-chip clients. The Role

The Executive Events Producer role sits within the Projects delivery team and leads end‑to‑end project management on the agency's flagship conferences, including multi‑day, multi‑workstream events at £3-5m budget level with audiences of 1,500-plus attendees.

Crucially, this is a doing role as much as a directing one: the team values people who are fully in it alongside their colleagues, not managing from a distance.
