Your team

The product team is responsible for executing strategy and development of our trading platform and products, fostering innovation while complying with regulatory standards.

Your role in the Team's Success

Lead the product strategy and development for our trading platforms and products, driving innovation and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading platforms and products
• Lead a team of product managers focused on trading solutions
• Drive innovation in trading experiences, tools, and features
• Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain competitive advantage
• Ensure products meet regulatory standards while providing excellent user experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver robust solutions
• Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market data to inform decisions
• Represent the product team in executive meetings and strategic planning

What you'll need for this role

Key Qualification Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in trading or financial products
• Deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulations
• Experience managing complex, regulated financial products
• Proven track record of delivering innovative digital trading solutions
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
