Job summary

British Airways Holidays is seeking a transformation-focused leader to head the Enablement team within the Holidays Product & Sourcing function. You’ll redesign how holiday products, connectivity, technology and operational activity come together, setting the vision and building capability for scalable delivery.

Based in Crawley with hybrid working, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to drive faster, more agile performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational, process or enablement transformation in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams while embedding change.
• Ability to operate as part of a senior leadership team, influencing strategy and direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of the operating model for product setup, partner onboarding, connectivity and market delivery.
• Define future operating models, workflows and ownership to maximise value across the function.
• Build scalable approaches to support growth, new product categories and increasing complexity without adding manual work.
• Lead, coach and develop the Enablement team and collaborate with Holidays, Loyalty and Technology leadership.
