Job Description
We are looking for an experienced product leader to step into the role of Head of Product – Score and Report in our Direct-to-Consumer business. Reporting to the Product Director, you will lead our product offerings that help consumers view, understand, and improve their Experian credit score and report. As a senior member of the Product team, you will be responsible for growing and enhancing the propositions and features at the heart of Experian's product set.
What you'll do:
- Define the Product Vision and Strategy: Develop, articulate, and deliver a clear product vision and strategy for Experian's Score and Report domain, across all product tiers including app and web.
- Delivering Innovations and Strategic Initiatives: Lead the delivery of new innovations, products, features, and large strategic projects to enhance our credit score and report offerings. Manage large cross-functional teams to develop and market these initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Analysts, fostering a collaborative and outcome-driven culture.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key projects.
