Start: Mid/End of June.

Length: through 2025 plus extensions.

Schedule: 40 hours/week.

Location: 2 days onsite in Cambridge. Some workshops in London. Flexibility to travel internationally ad-hoc basis (2-3 trips/year).

Job Title: Senior Product Manager/Director of Product

Candidate will work to define and implement the AI strategy, finding opportunities for AI adoption and driving business impact. Building internal alignment with Senior VP’s.

Candidate with strong business acumen, robust product management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing global and local stakeholder engagements.

Experience

Senior Product Manager (~15 years overall experience)
Needs strong stakeholder management experience – ability to create alignment with various senior stakeholders across different locations and business units etc.
Ability to build out a strategy and create internal alignment
Medical/Pharma/Biotech experience needed
Excellent Communication and able to create connection with Technical and Non-Technical stakeholders
Sales mentality in building relationships to increase workload.
Previous experience of AI and machine learning project deliveries.
Experience in global projects.
