Homesearch is seeking a Head of Product to own the product strategy and lead the engineering team. You will decide what to build, why, and in what order, unifying five products into a single, coherent direction across the company.

You'll hire the first Product Manager, set product operating standards, and partner with the leadership to drive data-driven decision making in a fast-growing PropTech company.

• You've owned product strategy, not been adjacent to it, and can define a clear direction.
• You've led people, accountable for a team's performance and growth.
• You're strategic and can distill a messy set of ideas into one path.
• You are a clear communicator and credible in conversations with technical peers.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy: decide what to build, why, and in what order.
• Lead the engineering team on people, delivery, and accountability.
• Unify five products into a single coherent direction.
• Diagnose blockers in the first 30 days and take over the team.
• Build the product function by hiring the first Product Manager.
• Collaborate with Giles and leadership, bringing evidence-based judgments.
• Partner with engineering, data, design, sales and customer success.
