The post requires collaborating with product peers and stakeholders to shape the long‑term roadmap and evolve capabilities to meet growing client needs in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience, preferably in financial services or adjacent industries.
• Proven ability to own and evolve complex platforms with high availability.
• Strong collaboration with Product leadership to shape long-term strategy.
• Solid background in software engineering and modern cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy and align it with the platform roadmap and long-term goals.
• Provide senior oversight of engineering teams to ensure delivery and quality.
• Guide architectural decisions in partnership with Principal/Staff Engineers.
• Lead and develop engineers and engineering managers, fostering ownership and delivery.
