Springer Nature is seeking a Head of Product for the Author Peer Review Workspace in London. You will shape the strategy and roadmap for the author-facing peer review experience, including manuscript tracking, communications, revisions, transfers and post-acceptance workflows.

You will lead product management, coach teams, and collaborate with engineering, UX, data and editorial stakeholders to deliver value at scale across Snapp and related products.

• Ability to translate strategy into measurable goals and product roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, data and business teams.

Aufgaben

• Develops and delivers the product strategy, outcomes, KPIs and longer-term roadmap for the author peer review and post-acceptance experience.
• Leads the development of products supporting authors through peer review, revision, transfer and post-acceptance.
• Collaborates with the Product Director responsible for Reviewer and Editor Workspace to ensure a coherent journey across authors, reviewers and editors.
• Manages prioritisation, capacity, dependencies, and investment needs across the area.
• Oversees lifecycle of products including evolution, consolidation and retirement.
• Coaches Product Managers on strategy, discovery, prioritisation and decision-making.
• Manages stakeholder relationships with Technology, UX, Data and other functions.
• Represents the area with senior stakeholders and contributes to executive discussions.
• Builds and develops a team of Product Managers/Senior Product Managers.
