Head of Product – Global Growth & Optimisation

  • Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
  • Salary: £140,000 - £160,000 + equity and bonus

What you'll do
  • Own the global product growth strategy – Define and execute initiatives across all international markets, aligning with business objectives for optimisation.
  • Drive measurable improvements – Optimise acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation to accelerate sustainable growth.
  • Champion world-class experimentation – Build and evolve frameworks that enable high-velocity, high-quality experimentation across teams.
  • Balance global and local needs – Connect the dots between markets, ensuring alignment while tailoring strategies to local nuances.
  • Partner cross-functionally – Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to design and deliver impactful growth solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team – Manage and develop product managers focused on driving growth and optimisation.
  • Leverage deep user insights – Use data, behavioural analysis, and qualitative research to uncover user motivations and friction points across geographies.
What we're looking for
  • Global Product leader – You’ve scaled Products across multiple markets in Europe and beyond and know how to navigate cultural, regulatory, and operational differences.
  • Growth strategist – You have a strong background in product marketing, experimentation, and optimisation, with a track record of driving user growth or similar.
  • Influential communicator – You can align stakeholders across teams and markets to execute ambitious growth initiatives.
  • You have worked in a market that has millions of users.
  • Customer-centric mindset – You blend commercial acumen with empathy, ensuring that growth efforts drive both user trust and revenue impact.
