Job summary

Burns Sheehan Limited is seeking a hands‑on Head of Product to turn founder vision into a clear strategy and roadmap for a growing B2B data platform. Based in London, you will shape the big bets, coach PMs, and collaborate with Engineering and Commercial while staying close to customers.

The ideal candidate has prior Head of Product experience, was an early product hire, and can move fluidly between strategic thinking and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap aligned with founder vision.
• Coach and manage other PMs to raise the team’s capabilities.
• Work closely with Engineering and Commercial teams to execute on bets.
• Stay close to customers to validate needs and measure impact.
