Job summary

First Achieve is seeking a Head of Product to lead the product management function for an enterprise software business, with a hybrid pattern requiring three days in Manchester. You will translate leadership’s vision into shipped products, own the operating rhythm across concurrent projects, and set budgets and scope upfront.

This operator-coach role moves towards greater autonomy across Product, Engineering and Quality.

Qualifications

• Product leadership in a high-execution setting with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience in B2B/B2C or enterprise SaaS incl. multi-tenant or AI-heavy products.
• Fluency in modern AI tooling and automation.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Head of Product, Hybrid 3 days in Manchester

A strong product vision means little if quality slips, estimates go unchallenged and delivery drifts. Your job is to make sure that never happens.

You’ll run the product management function for an enterprise software business, turning leadership’s vision into shipped product. You’ll own the operating rhythm across concurrent projects, agree budgets and scope upfront.

You’ll raise the quality bar. You’ll critique products precisely, coach Product Managers towards trusted, independent decisions and make quality part of the process before engineering time is spent.

This is an operator-coach role with a clear route to greater autonomy. You’ll work across Product, Engineering and Quality.

Package

What you’ll need
