Job summary

First Achieve in Manchester is seeking a Head of Product for a hybrid role (3 days in the office). You will translate leadership's vision into shipped software, own the operating rhythm across projects, and set budgets and scope upfront to ensure delivery remains on track.

Head of Product, Hybrid 3 days in Manchester

A strong product vision means little if quality slips, estimates go unchallenged and delivery drifts. Your job is to make sure that never happens.

You’ll run the product management function for an enterprise software business, turning leadership’s vision into shipped product. You’ll own the operating rhythm across concurrent projects, agree budgets and scope upfront.

You’ll raise the quality bar. You’ll critique products precisely, coach Product Managers towards trusted, independent decisions and make quality part of the process before engineering time is spent.

This is an operator-coach role with a clear route to greater autonomy. You’ll work across Product, Engineering and Quality.

Package
