The Global Head of Procurement - Facility Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing procurement across facility management, real estate, and fleet. You will lead a team of six procurement professionals, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a global spend of €450M across facility management, real estate, and fleet categories.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to deliver best-in-class procurement strategies and practices.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and value for the organization.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, taking ownership from conception to execution.

Requirements:

• Extensive procurement experience in facility management, real estate, and fleet categories on a global scale.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings and value through strategic procurement initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Professional fluency in English is essential, other EU languages beneficial.
