Job summary

Capital Dynamics is seeking a hands-on Performance Management professional to design and implement a comprehensive framework across its private markets product platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, create analytical tools, and deliver governance-ready insights to senior investment leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in quantitative analytics or portfolio performance within private equity or private markets, with strong financial modelling and data architecture skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (2:1 or above) or international equivalent.
• CFA Charterholder or meaningful progress toward the designation.
• CAIA or equivalent private markets qualification.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Performance Management Framework end-to-end for the CD product platform.
• Develop quarterly health-check analytical engine and automation for NAV, liquidity, milestone-tracking and return attribution data.
• Architect dashboards and committee reporting tools for clear, decision-ready materials.
