Jobs4 is seeking a PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (HEAD OF PRIVATE CLIENT) with 10+ PQE for a senior leadership role in Norfolk. You will lead and develop the private client department, managing a high-quality caseload and shaping the future of the team.

You will build relationships with clients and drive opportunities for growth while overseeing staff development and service quality within a respected regional practice.

OVERVIEW:

• The successful Private Client Solicitor will have 10+ years' PQE, with strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of private client work and previous supervisory or management experience.
• As Head of Private Client, you will manage your own high-quality caseload while leading and developing the wider team and playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the department.
• Your caseload will include Wills and estate planning, Trusts, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• You will build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high-quality service while identifying opportunities for business development and continued growth of the department.
• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, together with the commercial awareness and ambition to develop people and grow a successful Private Client team.
• A STEP qualification would be highly advantageous, as would an established network of professional contacts and referrers.
