This permanent, full-time post as Head of Private Client in Norfolk suits a senior solicitor with ten or more years' PQE. The successful candidate will lead a well-regarded department at a respected regional practice, managing an established caseload covering wills, probate, trusts and estate planning while supervising colleagues and shaping strategy. Overview

• Your caseload will include Wills and estate planning, Trusts, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• You will build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high-quality service while identifying opportunities for business development and continued growth of the department.
• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, together with the commercial awareness and ambition to develop people and grow a successful Private Client team.
• A STEP qualification would be highly advantageous, as would an established network of professional contacts and referrers.
