Aldro School in Surrey is seeking a Head of Pre-Prep and EYFS for a Summer Term 2027 start to lead the launch of our new Pre-Prep and Early Years Foundation Stage provision. The role will oversee the expansion toward a Nursery for 3–4 year olds and provide leadership for Reception to Year 2.

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS, and will play a key role in safeguarding and staff development within the new EYFS framework.

Knight Education is delighted to be working with Aldro School who are seeking a Head of Pre-Prep and EYFS for April or June 2027 (or September 2027, to be agreed with the successful candidate). This is an exciting and one-time opportunity to play a key role in the launch of our new Pre-Prep and Early Years Foundation Stage provision.

In September 2027, the School will welcome their first cohort of Pre-Prep pupils from Reception to Year 2. The School then plans to expand the provision to include a pre-school Nursery for children aged 3–4, creating a seamless pathway from Nursery through to Year 2.
