Job summary

Bottled Imagination, Manchester-based creative digital PR agency, seeks a Head of PR to lead and shape the future of our client work. You will drive strategy, storytelling, and elite team leadership to deliver campaigns that resonate in a modern marketing mix, including organic search and AI-driven visibility.

Qualifications

• This is a senior leadership role steering a PR agency’s narrative and client impact.
• You will lead from the front as we continue to grow and evolve our offering.
• Lead a team of 20+ PR professionals to deliver standout campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring a team of 20+ brilliant PR professionals — running creative sessions, setting the bar for output quality, and building a culture where brilliant ideas are expected, not occasional
• Acting as a senior client contact for key accounts, demonstrating the value of PR beyond coverage — including its role in organic search performance and AI-driven visibility
• Keeping a pulse on what makes a story land right now, and passing that knowledge down through the team constantly
• Spotting problems before they become problems – proactive, solution led, and never waiting to be asked
• Contributing to new business pitches and helping grow existing client relationships
• Bringing social and influencer thinking into campaigns where it adds to the story (experience here is a plus, not a requirement)
