Job summary

Coolr in London is seeking a senior Head of PR & Comms to own how the agency shows up in the industry, building reputation and turning expertise into compelling narratives. You will lead PR strategy, media relations across UK/US, and a thought leadership program, working with senior leaders to secure editorial coverage and industry recognition.

Qualifications

• Significant agency PR or trade communications experience.
• Strong UK and US media experience and understanding of different markets.
• Exceptional writing and pitching skills for editorial coverage.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape Coolr’s PR strategy across UK and US media.
• Build long‑term relationships with journalists and editors across key trade titles.
• Turn expertise into compelling thought leadership pieces, trend reports and interviews.
• Lead the awards strategy and ensure strong entries for recognition.
• Develop opportunities for speaking engagements and industry contributions.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing to align PR with business objectives.
