Job summary

Coolr is seeking a Head of PR & Comms to own how the agency appears in the industry, shaping reputation and creating opportunities in front of the right people. You’ll turn expertise into compelling narratives and media opportunities that elevate Coolr’s authority.

You’ll define the PR and thought leadership strategy, manage UK and US media relationships, and report on impact. This role offers influence during a pivotal growth phase for Coolr.

Qualifications

• Significant agency PR or trade communications experience with a track record of proactive editorial coverage.
• Strong UK and US media experience, with relationships across leading trade titles.
• Exceptional writing, angle-sharpening and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Coolr's PR strategy and media presence across UK and US markets.
• Develop thought leadership content, articles, reports and interviews.
• Lead an awards pipeline and entry strategy to showcase the work and results.
• Build a proactive speaker programme and represent Coolr at industry events.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing to ensure PR drives growth and credibility.
